Other Project Experience
[1] Developed the Agriculture-related Web Platform
He has developed a Genomic Variant Database access platform (BGVD, http://animal.nwsuaf.edu.cn/bosvar) on cattle (Bovine). It contains genomic information on 432 cattle from 54 breeds worldwide. He is responsible for the integration of GBrowse and BLAST tools in the Web framework, which allows gene search, variant search, genomic tag search, genome visualization, comparative search tools and genomic coordinate conversion.

[2] Completed a Preliminary Traceability Platform for Agricultural Products
The platform was derived from a general project of Shaanxi Provincial Key R&D Program, developing a kiwifruit traceability information platform based on the web browser and WeChat Mini Program.
Users can input the traceability code or scan the QR code generated by the platform to view traceability data, including product type, origin information, enterprise information, cultivation information, environmental information, quality testing certification, warehouse information, etc.
