Web/Mobile Developer Company is seeking creative and motivated web/mobile front end developers to rapidly define and implement fun new features for its user experience. Responsibilities: 1.       Write front-end code in Java and HTML/CSS/JavaScript Design, architect and develop the mobile client on Symbian, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, Android, and J2ME devices Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems Work closely with other teams to deliver and improve features quickly Requirements JavaScript (OOP, AJAX & DOM): a lot of the web experience comes to life with client-side JavaScript, so extensive experience is a must-have. Excellent knowledge in communication systems. 2.       Good knowledge in hardware and DSP. 3.       Strong analytical, creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and team player.   DSP/Embedded System Engineer Responsibilities: 1.       Work closely with algorithm/system team to develop and verify the DSP firmware design. 2.       DSP design implementation and lab testing/debugging. 3.       Low power design implementation.   Requirements: 1.       Proficient in matlab and C/C++. Excellent knowledge in RTOS and embedded system design is required. 2.       Familiar with assembly and DSP algorithm. 3.       Video or audio design experience is a plus. 4.       Strong analytical, creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and team player   Embedded Software Engineer Responsibilities: 1.       Responsible for the embedded system design and debugging. 2.       Embedded software architecture and implementation.   Requirements: 1.       Proficient in RTOS, C/C++. Excellent knowledge with ARM processors and ARM SW development environment. 2.       Excellent knowledge in communication systems and internet protocol implementation. 3.       Strong analytical, creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and team player   Software QA / ASIC QA Responsibilities: 1.       Responsible for the quality control of the whole embedded system design or the IC design project. 2.       Enforce the project quality control and risk management.   Requirements: 1.       Quality control enforcement in real project with strict flow control experience is preferred. 2.       Clear understand the importance of the quality control and strong execution capability is a must. 3.       Excellent communication skill and team player. Self-motivated with strong project driving capability.   ASIC Design/Verification Engineer Responsibilities: 1.       Module level micro architecture design and RTL implementation. Chip level integration. 2.       Low power design implementation. 3.       Timing closure and module level synthesis. Module level verification to ensure design quality. 4.       Post layout simulation. Lab bring up, lab testing and debugging. 5.       Whole chip functional verification design, including the test bench build up and test result analysis to ensure the coverage. 6.       Work closely with related team member to achieve the complete verification of the RTL design.   Requirements: 1.       Proficient in verilog, system verilog. Familiar with matlab or C/C++. 2.       Good knowledge in multimedia and communication is preferred. 3.       Familiar with version control tools. Good script skills and familiar with synthesis and timing analysis tools. 4.       Strong analytical, creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and team player     Senior Synthesis/DFT Design Engineer Responsibilities: 1.       Responsible for the synthesis and DFT design of multi-million gate Design. 2.       Responsible for the power synthesis and power consumption analysis. 3.       Timing closure and formal verification. 4.       Define test methodology (SCAN, BIST, JTAG etc.) for the entire chip. Test pattern generation and optimization.   Requirements: 1.       Recent experience in large scale IC synthesis, STA, DFT and ATPG. 2.       Familiar with related EDA tools. Familiar with version control tools. 3.       Good Script skills and hands-on experience. 4.       Strong analytical, creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and team player.   FPGA Design Engineer Responsibilities: 1.       Design, development and maintain the FPGA prototyping of complex SoC design. 2.       Working as one of the ASIC team member to support the verification of both ASIC and related firmware validation. 3.       Low power design implementation. 4.       FPGA RTL design, integration, synthesis, timing analysis and lab debugging.   Requirements: 1.       Proficient RTL design and FPGA synthesis experience. 2.       Familiar with related EDA tools. Familiar with version control tools. 3.       Good knowledge in communication, multimedia, audio and video codec is preferred. 4.       Good Script skills and hands-on experience. 5.       Strong analytical, creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and team player.   Analog Design Engineer Responsibilities: 1.       Design, development and layout of analog IP/module in high performance mix signal SoC solution. Such as oscillator, PLL, power management, and A/D & D/A converters. 2.       Low power design implementation. 3.       Develop test specification and coordinate with the lab testing to ensure the design success..   Requirements: 1.       Experience in analog filter design, PLL/Band-Gap/ADC/DAC and PMU design. 2.       Familiar with related EDA tools, such as Hspice, Virtuoso, Spectra etc. Familiar with lab equipments. 3.       Experienced with CMOS process technology. Real product experience preferred. 4.       Strong analytical, creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and team player   IC Layout Design Engineer Responsibilities: 1.       Responsible for the layout design of custom IC blocks in CMOS process. 2.       Layout design validation.   Requirements: 1.       Hands-on experience in design methodology, DRC, ERC, LVS and etc. Proficient in EDA tools. Experienced with custom IC layout flow. 2.       Self-motivated, good communication skills and team player.   Physical Design Engineer Responsibilities: 1.       Responsible for all aspects of physical design of large scale ASIC chips. 2.       Focus on physical design of ASIC chips including block level and/or full chip level floor planning, timing closure, place and route, physical verification etc. with minimum cost and lowest power. 3.       Ensure the quality tape out of the SoC and all the rules are met in IC tape out.   Requirements: 1.       Successfully gone through complete product development cycle. Good analytical and debugging skills. 2.       Familiar with Back-End physical design EDA tools (Synopsys/Cadence/Magma). 3.       Familiar with Unix/Linux environment and good scripts skills. 4.       Good communication skills, self-motivated and strong team work spirit.   IT Engineer/Manager Responsibilities: 1.       Plan and design IT-related infrastructure of the organization. Define and implement IT policies and procedures. 2.       Provide daily IT administration and support activities. 3.       Advise and/or assists the management for purchasing, updating hardware/software or other IT supplies.

Requirements: 1.       2+ years related work experience in IT operation. 2.       Unix/Linux system administration experience. CAD experience is highly preferred. 3.       Microsoft software expertise-Windows server, Exchange server, and other office tools, Network Skills-Cisco and others. Certification of Microsoft MCSA, MSCE, Certification Cisco CCNA, CCNP preferred. 4.       Good communication & business understanding.
