Job Specific Knowledge · Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. · Basic knowledge of software engineering concepts and techniques · General knowledge of relevant software languages · Basic knowledge of software development tools and environment · May include basic knowledge of real-time control concepts. Designs a variety of difficult software projects. Defines software specifications. Interfaces with internal customers for requirements analysis and schedule. Troubleshoots a variety of difficult software problems. Performs software tests on code and enhancements. Interfaces with external customers regarding software issues. Interfaces with Internal customers regarding software issues. Compiles data for regularly scheduled or special reports, analysis and statements.
