基本信息 方勇，男，1979年7月生，江西省崇仁县人，教授，博士生导师。2000年7月、2003年3月、2005年12月于西安电子科技大学通信工程学院分获工学学士、硕士、博士学位。2006年5月至2007年2月于西北工业大学电信学院做博士后。2007年3月至2009年2月于韩国汉阳大学电子与计算机工程系任研究教授。2009年3月至今任教西北农林科技大学信息工程学院。 研究方向 编码理论与技术；图像/视频处理与传输；网络信息论；遥感/超光谱图像处理；高性能并行计算；农业信息化技术；生物信息论等。 开设课程 长期致力于数字通信、信号处理等领域的教学与科研工作，先后承担本科生《信号与系统》、《C语言编程设计》、《面向对象程序设计》等课程教学，为研究生讲授《模式识别》、《图像分析》、《物联网技术基础》等课程。主持校优质研究生课程建设项目1项。有1名研究生获得首届研究生国家奖学金。 学术成果 主持国家自然科学基金（2项）、陕西省科技攻关项目、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、中央高校基本科研业务费、校国际科技合作等项目。以第一发明人申请受理发明专利4项。以一作及通信作者在《IEEE TCOM》、《IEEE TCSVT》、《IEEE CL》、《IEEE SPL》、《中国科学：信息科学（英文版）》等著名SCI期刊发表论文15篇。
