个人简介

河北邯郸人,1985年出生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,中国通信学会会员、中国电子学会会员、IEEE Member。2015年于西安电子科技大学通信与信息系统专业获得工学博士学位,导师为盛敏教授。2015年1月~7月,以访问学生身份赴新加坡科技设计大学(SUTD)开展联合研究,师从Tony Q.S. Quek教授。2015年12月-2018年12月,为西安电子科技大学通信工程学院讲师;2018年12月-至今,为西北农林科技大学信息工程学院副教授。

主要从事无线异构网络的性能分析、资源管控、物联网和大数据等技术的研究,在国内外重要期刊和国际会议上发表学术论文27篇,SCI检索9篇,EI检索17篇,申请国家发明专利11项,已授权2项,出版英文专著1部。作为项目负责人在研国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、西北农林科技大学引进人才专项项目1项,结题中央高校基本业务费项目2项。相关研究成果获得2016年“陕西省科学技术奖”一等奖1项(排名:8/11),2016年“陕西高等学校科学技术奖”一等奖1项(排名:8/11),长期担任通信领域重要期刊IEEE TWC, IEEE TCOM, IEEE JSAC, IEEE TVT, IEEE ACCESS, IEEE WCL, IEEE CL等的审稿人、知名国际会议IEEE VTC-Spring, IEEE CIC/ICCC等技术程序委员会委员。
